STM JSC Personal Data Processing Policy

This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 and defines the procedures for personal data processing and measures to ensure the security of personal data undertaken Sinara Transport Machines JSC (STM) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.1. The Operator holds the observance of human rights and freedoms of an individual and a citizen in the processing of personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets, as its most important objective and condition of its activities.

1.2. The Operator's policy regarding the personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information the Operator may receive with respect to visitors of the website

Operator - a government, municipal body, legal entity or individual, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out personal data processing, as well as determining the purposes of the personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, the actions (operations) performed with personal data;

2.8. Personal data - any information that is directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable User of the website;

2.9. User - any visitor to the website;

2.10. Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain set of persons;

2.11. Dissemination of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing with personal data of an unlimited number of persons, including the disclosure of personal data in media, placement in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data - transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or foreign legal entity;

2.13. Destruction of personal data - any actions that result in an irretrievable destruction with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) destruction of physical storage media of personal data.

4. Purposes of the personal data processing

4.1. The purpose of the User's personal data processing is to inform the User by means of sending e-mails.

4.2. The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and other events. The User may always opt out of receiving information messages by sending an email to the Operator at stating “Refusal to receive notifications about new products and services and special offers”.

5. Legal ground for personal data processing

5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if it is filled in and / or sent by the User independently via special forms on the website By filling in the relevant form and / or sending the personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent with this Policy.

The procedure for collection, storage, transfer and other types of processing of personal data The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to comply with the requirements of the current laws in the field of personal data protection.

6.1. The Operator ensures safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access of unauthorized individuals to personal data. 

6.2. The User’s personal data will never and under no circumstances be transferred to third parties, except for cases envisaged by the applicable laws.

6.3. Shall any inaccuracies in personal data be detected, the personal data may be updated by the User via notifying the Operator at the Operator's e-mail address stating “Updating personal data”.

6.4. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw the consent for personal data processing at any time by sending a notification to the Operator by e-mail at stating “Withdrawal of consent for personal data processing”.

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

7.1. Before the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator shall make sure that the foreign state, to which the personal data are transferred, ensures reliable protection of the rights of owners of personal data.

7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be performed only if there is a written consent of the owner of personal data for the cross-border transfer of their personal data and / or performance of a contract to which the owner of personal data is a party.
